Hence, prior to the expiry of your license, we contact you to confirm if any changes need to be made - perhaps an addition to or reduction in the number of licenses you require. We will also advise of any new products or programs which may be suitable for you and explain the benefits of each. Once your needs are established, we then provide you with a renewal notice outlining the renewal path options and pricing.
